In the same way, the value of the Naira increased on the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market, or NAFEM, to N1,576.66 per dollar.
The indicated exchange rate for NAFEM dropped to N1,576.66 per dollar from N1,577.29 per dollar on Monday, according to data from FMDQ, indicating a 63 kobo appreciation for the naira.
In the window, the amount of money exchanged (turnover) decreased by 10% to $138.17 million from $153.53 million on Monday.
As a result, on Monday, the difference between the NAFEM rates and the parallel market was N26.66 per dollar, whereas on Monday it was only N22.29.
