- Exclusion for Nationals: Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, citizens of Russia and Belarus are not eligible.

Applications will be evaluated based on the following:

- Outstanding communication skills.
- Active participation in extracurriculars, including humanitarian initiatives, politics, arts, or sports.
