The Sankofatech Achievers in Technology (AIT) Program is a rigorous four-year initiative dedicated to shaping future leaders in Software Engineering and Data Science.
Many young individuals of African descent hesitate to pursue careers in technology due to limited exposure, societal misconceptions, and a lack of access to industry resources. AIT is designed to eliminate these barriers, offering participants the mentorship, skills, and connections needed to thrive in tech.

Who Can Apply?
