The programme would involve selection of top tier professionals from all African countries to participate in a one year personal and professional professional development in Germany. In Germany, these individuals would be have the opportunity to take part in German language lessons, international management trainings, study tours and peaks in an 8-month practical training at the host company.

Who Are Eligible For This Opportunity?

To be qualified for this programme, here are criteria you must meet:

• Individuals must be citizens of any African country.

• You must possess a university degree in an relevant discipline.

• Those with Postgraduate Degree (such as an MBA) will be prioritized in this selection.

• Interested candidates must possess at least two years work experience.

• Candidates are expected to have a basic knowledge of the German language.

• Interested applicants should not be over 35 years old as of time of application.

• AFRIKA KOMMT! Network Opportunities: The programme allows for networking opportunities between top professionals and partner companies. This would allow the young fellows to gain experience in the field.
