About African Plant Nutrition Institute
The African Plant Nutrition Institute is a nonprofit organization set up to provide research and education since 2019. The organization is based in Morocco and their mission is to enhance plant nutrition for a food-secure Africa.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the African Plant Nutrition Institute award:
• This scholarship is opened to individuals who are in the field of soil science, agronomy, horticultural, or tree crop science with a special focus on plant nutrition.
• Applicants must be attending a recognized degree-granting institution based in Africa.
Documents Needed
These documents should be submitted in soft copy on the application portal:
• Transcripts showcasing all previous institution, CGPA, and other works and records.
• Two copies of letters of support including one of a major professor. These letters must be signed and written with an official letterhead which should include phone numbers and email addresses of the letter writer.

• A detailed and brief description of your thesis presented in such a way to allow evaluation of the originality, depth, scope, approach and relevance.
• A brief description of any other additional information that may be useful in the pursuance of the award such as honor, awards, employment history, and so on.

Ten students from Africa would be offered a reward of $2,000.
