- Experience Limit: Applicants should have no more than 12 months of active postdoctoral experience (measured on a full-time basis) as of January 20, 2025. The clock starts ticking from the date you passed your viva voce examination.
Application Process
The University of Bath will conduct an internal selection process to ensure only the strongest candidates proceed to the regional competition. Here’s how to apply:
- Expression of Interest (EOI) Form: Begin your application by completing an EOI form.

Once all EOIs are submitted, a panel of academics with expertise in ESRC funding will evaluate the applications. Four candidates will be selected to move forward.
