The University of Oxford invites applications for its prestigious EIT Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in the Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the 2025-2026 academic year. Funding Details

• Additional financial support for project expenses, training, and travel.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet these minimum requirements:

• Academic Qualifications:
  • A first-class or strong upper second-class undergraduate degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, or a closely related field.
  • For U.S. degrees, a minimum GPA of 3.6, with most successful candidates holding a GPA of 3.7 or higher.
• English Proficiency: Applicants must meet the University of Oxford’s higher-level English language requirements.

While meeting the minimum qualifications is essential, successful candidates typically exhibit exceptional academic performance and a strong passion for advancing AI research.
