GreenFingers, a leading organization focused on environmental conservation and community engagement, is seeking a Program/Project Manager. This position involves managing diverse programs, collaborating with teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful initiatives.

Salary Range
₦150,000 – ₦300,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Job Location
Lagos, Nigeria (physical presence required, with preference for proximity to Sangotedo).
Requirements
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Professional Experience:
- At least two years of project management experience, preferably in conservation or non-profit sectors.
- Certification in PMP or similar is desirable.
- Core Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management expertise.
- Proficiency in project management tools and sound understanding of budget management.
Responsibilities
- Program Design and Execution:
- Develop, implement, and oversee conservation, education, and outreach projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage cross-functional teams and promote collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build partnerships with community leaders, funders, and relevant stakeholders.
- Represent GreenFingers at public events and forums.
- Impact Monitoring:
- Track progress, evaluate project outcomes, and prepare detailed reports.
- Fundraising and Advocacy:
- Identify funding opportunities and secure resources for key initiatives.
