Position: HR Processes Specialist – Learning & Development

Role Overview:
As a part of the People Services team, you will contribute to enhancing employee experience across 23 countries within the Coca-Cola HBC family. The team plays a crucial role in HR administration, handling everything from onboarding and promotions to salary adjustments, leave management, and system updates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, and HR systems while engaging in meaningful collaborations through Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain training curriculum records and oversee the organization of learning materials.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all L&D-related inquiries.
- Assist HR teams and line managers in training logistics, employee upskilling, and administrative tasks.
- Support the development of training materials, guidelines, and process improvements.
- Analyze training needs and provide timely solutions to enhance employee learning.
- Ensure seamless communication between employees, HR business partners, and country stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in Excel – Comfortable working with data and generating reports.
- Experience – 1-2 years in Learning & Development, HR administration, or technical support.
- Education – A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Communication Skills – Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Organizational Abilities – Strong planning and event management skills.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyze challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Team-Oriented Approach – A proactive attitude with a drive for results.
