Candidates must demonstrate more than personal ambition. The Foundation seeks individuals who want to use their leadership to drive positive change, promote equality, and empower others.

2. Reconciliation

Applicants should understand the power of reconciliation as a tool for healing and transformation—both personally and collectively—and be willing to confront historical and internal injustices.

While academic performance is critical, the Foundation values those who see education as a tool for impact. Ideal applicants pursue intellectual excellence while maintaining humility, curiosity, and a commitment to serve.
