Qualifiability Standards:

be accepted into or enrolled in a full-time MBA program at one of the universities supported by MPOWER in the United States or Canada, and

Have the legal right to study in the United States or Canada, as the case may be, as an international student:

This indicates that the candidate satisfies one of the requirements for study in the United States:
holds a valid visa that allows them to study in the United States or is eligible for protection under DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)

This means that in order to study in Canada, a candidate must fulfill the following requirements:
holds a current study permission from Canada

This scholarship is not available to nationals of the United States or Canada who want to study in those countries.
