Nnamdi Kanu: Omokri claims that Peter Obi has sworn loyalty to the Biafran flag.
Sociopolitical activist Reno Omokri charged on Sunday that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate for 2023, was acting loyally to the Biafra flag.
This was when Omokri said that Obi announced the end of his presidential ambition by demanding the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB.
Remember that Obi had pleaded with the federal government, led by President Bola Tinubu, to free Kanu, the EndSARS demonstrators, and other freedom fighters who were detained.
Speaking to news people on Saturday in Anambra State, Obi stated that freedom fighters and protestors have the right to use demonstration as a means of voicing their complaints.
Omokri, however, wrote: “The ‘Release Nnamdi Kanu Now’ statement by Peter Obi is the obituary of Peter Obi’s Presidential ambition” after putting the flags of Obi and Biafra on his X page.
“Peter Obi just showed his allegiance to the flag behind him in this photo and which he used for his Hero beer logo by calling for the release of a man who made public broadcasts asking his supporters to kill Nigerian military and paramilitary forces wherever they find them and who has neither apologized nor repented of that order!
By the way, it is clear that anyone, movement, or group of people who believes they can intimidate me and stop me from speaking my true feelings at any given time does not know who I am. The fear hormone is not secreted by my body.
