Emergency personnel are reportedly working to free a third person who is stuck in an apartment after successfully removing two people from the wreckage, according to NTA reporting on X.com.
A speaker was heard saying, “There are about three ladies stuck,” in a video that NTA released. They are attempting to remove the third individual from a certain apartment after removing the first two.
