  • Institutional Affiliation: The PI must be affiliated with a non-profit organization or public institution, such as a university, school district, or research institute. Grants are not awarded directly to individuals.
  • International Applicants: Submissions from global applicants are welcome, provided proposals are written in English and budgets are presented in U.S. Dollars.

Review Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following key aspects:

  1. Significance: Does the research address an important educational issue and present meaningful questions?
  2. Theoretical Connection: How well does the study align with existing research and theory?
  3. Design Quality: Are the research methods robust, aligned with the study’s goals, and appropriately detailed?
  4. Budget and Timeline: Are the proposed budget and timeline realistic and proportional to the project’s scope?
  5. Project Team: Does the team have the expertise to execute the project and share the findings effectively?
