- Students enrolled full-time at a recognized post-secondary institution in an eligible country.
Who Cannot Apply:
- Those holding or applying for Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Students already part of another Canadian government-funded scholarship.
- Individuals currently enrolled in a degree program at a Canadian institution.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship value depends on the level and duration of study:
- CAD 10,200: For 4 months or one academic term (college, undergraduate, or graduate studies).
- CAD 12,700: For 5-6 months of study or research (graduate level).
Additional perks:
- Canadian institutions receive CAD 500 per recipient to manage administrative costs.

Canadian institutions submit applications on behalf of candidates through the International Scholarships Canada Application Tool:- Create or log into an account.
